Job description
Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage an organizational training and knowledge
repository.
• Identify, select, and implement a suitable Learning Management
System -LMS.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop structured training
programs and syllabi.
• Develop and provide training content in various formats
(presentations, videos, e-learning, etc.).
• Create structured onboarding and training programs for new
employees.
• Work with different organizational functions to understand training
needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, optimizing learning
materials as needed.
• Support and guide managers and employees in using training
platforms.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in establishing and managing training programs
within an organization.
• Experience with LMS platforms and selecting technological solutions for
training.
• Ability to manage suppliers and external vendors, including drafting
requirements documents.
• Experience in developing learning content using various methodologies
(in-person, digital, blended learning).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including working
with global interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and initiative.
• High-level proficiency in English – a must.
