For the past 27 years, Kolot has convened cohorts of Israeli leaders to engage in beit midrash study that draws from the Jewish tradition inspiration, a language for shared core values, and tools for action, thus allowing them to meet the urgent challenges in advancing a Jewish and democratic Israel. Job Description: 50% position with possibility of expanding - Work in close collaboration with Director of Beit Midrash and CEO, leading the shared workflow - Write grant applications - Maintain ongoing communications with donors, including organizing webinars/distance learning initiatives with supporters abroad - Lead and oversee production of marketing content and data used for development materials - Initiate and oversee visits of donors from abroad to Israel and Kolot development trips abroad - Spearhead “Voices of Lod” initiative - visits of groups and missions from abroad to Lod to combine learning at Kolot with site visits and meetings with Kolot alumni in action

- Identification with Kolot’s mission - At least 3 years’ experience in resource development for an Israeli organization including writing of grant submissions - Native English with excellent writing and communication skills - Conversational Hebrew - Well-organized; detail-oriented; self-sufficient; good at meeting deadlines - Excellent at establishing and executing time-tables - Team worker with management and leadership skills - Academic degree - advantage - Computer literacy with standard Office programs and CRM Details for submitting candidacy: Starting date: immediately Location: Industrial District of Lod (2 days/week) + hybrid Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis updated: Dec 26th 2024
