Today, ADAMA operates five global R&D centers across four countries—two in Israel, as well as in China, India, and Brazil. The R&D centers include fields such as organic chemistry, formulations, and pilot units. We are currently looking for a Pilot Technician to join our R&D center in Ashdod.

Job requirements

Responsibilities • Execute weekly pilot formulation plans, from raw material ordering through laboratory testing to final delivery to the customer • Produce pilot batches of liquid and powder formulations, including system assembly and disassembly • Conduct experiments and testing for new formulations and scale up processes from lab to pilot • Implement new technologies, perform acceptance tests, and operate new equipment • Support production and transfer processes from pilot to full-scale manufacturing • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements at the pilot facility • Document and summarize pilot experiments in both English and Hebrew • Work with computerized systems Required Skills • Strong technical ability and high self-learning capability • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Excellent teamwork and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders • Leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure • Experience in formulation development or agrochemical production – advantage ⸻ Education / Experience • Practical Engineer (Technician) in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering • At least 2 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical industry • Familiarity with engineering systems – advantage • Experience working with surfactants – advantage Languages & Computer Skills • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Location: Agan Chemicals site, Ashdod
