Location: Ashdod - Israel Key Responsibilities • Monitor and improve production processes • Develop distillation conditions • Track facility performance • Train employees • Write work procedures and instructions • Collect data and oversee process operations • Support troubleshooting of process-related issues in production • Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments Required Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical skills • Technical capabilities • High level of reliability • Strong technical and engineering understanding • Ability to work in an organized, structured, and methodical manner • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments • Independence, initiative, and creativity

Qualifications Education / Experience • Practical Chemical Engineering degree (Chemical Engineering Technician) – Mandatory • Familiarity and experience with engineering equipment and processes in chemical production facilities • 1–2 years of experience in the chemical industry • Experience in maintenance and infrastructure setup (e.g., piping systems) Languages • Hebrew and English – Full proficiency
