• תכנון פרויקט משלב הדרישות ועד לשלב המסירה (אפיון, חלופות, תכנון, הצעות מחיר ובחירת ספקים , PDR+CDR , ניהול התקנות, הרצות, מבחני קבלה ומסירה לייצור) • ניהול ותכנון פרויקטים תוך כדי תיעוד שלבי הפרויקט • הובלה של פרויקטים בנושאים : אוטומציה, שיפורים בתפוקות ובאיכות, תשתיות ייצור, טכנולוגיות ייצור מתקדמות, רגולציה, בטיחות, בינוי, אנרגיה, אחזקה וכו' • הקמת קווי ייצור • ניהול תקציב, לוחות זמנים ואיכות ביצוע • ניהול קבלנים וספקים • הטמעה ומסירה לייצור • איתור טכנולוגיות חדישות • ייזום פרויקטים.

Recruitment (80%) • Ownership - Own the end-to-end recruitment process across the company. • Pipeline - Build and continuously generate a strong candidate pipeline through proactive search, LinkedIn, LinkedIn advertising, job boards, referrals, agencies, and other sourcing channels. • Hiring needs - Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles. • Manage the recruitment process o Screening - Screen and assess candidates using interviews, AI-based tools, and other relevant technologies. o Interview - Manage the interview process, candidate communication, feedback, offers, and closing. • Process - Improve and automate recruitment processes using AI and recruitment technology where relevant. • Tracking - Track recruitment activity, pipeline quality, and hiring progress. HR & Company Processes (20%) • Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding. • HR Administration - Manage essential HR documentation, employee records, and basic HR administration. • Company processes - Develop, organize, and maintain internal work processes and company procedures. • Employee Support - Serve as the first point of contact for basic employee HR and administrative matters.

We’re looking for a high-caliber Account Executive to own and close meaningful deals with mid-market and enterprise brands. You’ll be responsible for originating, navigating, and closing complex deals end-to-end working across marketing, growth, product, and executive stakeholders.
