Job description
We're hiring a Full Stack Team Lead for one of our clients.
This is a hybrid role located in a central area.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical vision, be able to scale the product effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers and the ability to map high-level product needs to software abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team’s technical strategy and design scalable architecture
that align with business goals.
• Guide the transition from legacy codebases to modern technologies,
ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal performance.
• Support the project with multiple programming languages and tech
stacks.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, mentoring team
members and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware
engineers and software developers, to ensure seamless integration
and communication between systems.
• Develop and maintain a long-term vision for the product
architecture, including scalability, security, and performance
improvements.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code
reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to
continuously improve system architecture.

Job requirements
• 5+ years hands-on web development experience.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong background in software architecture and system design.
• Strong development skills with Node.js & Vue.js / React.JS
• Experience with highly scalable microservice environments on cloud
and on- premise.
• Experience with managing multi-stack environments.
• Experience with systems that include IoT devices to communicate
with.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical
decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English speaker
