Job description

This role combines global clinical field support, clinical trial operations (CTA-level), and product development support. Responsibilities: Clinical Field Support (Global): • Provide remote and occasional on-site clinical support for commercial procedures (ex-US), in collaboration with Sales teams • Train physicians and clinical staff on product use and best practices • Support procedure planning and provide real-time guidance when needed • Deliver presentations and respond to clinical inquiries from global customers Clinical Trial Support (CTA Activities): • Support clinical trial operations, including documentation, study start-up, and ongoing trial activities • Assist with a large upcoming clinical study in the US • Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines Product Development Support: • Support R&D activities including validation processes and product testing • Provide structured clinical feedback from the field to internal teams Additional Responsibilities: • Additional tasks as needed to support clinical, operational, and cross-functional activities location: Sharon District, Israel (Hybrid)

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field • Proven experience in clinical trials and strong knowledge of GCP/ICH • Experience in clinical field application, training, or customer-facing clinical support • Excellent English (written and spoken) • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset • High attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks • Global experience – a must • Willingness to travel (local/international), as needed • Willingness to be available for customers across different time zones (including weekends and off-
