Job description
A leading fintech company is looking for a .NET Core Team Lead to manage a group of experienced developers and take ownership of core backend systems and CRM integrations.
At this position, you will lead a team of skilled .NET developers focused on building and maintaining the company’s core systems and CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics.
The role combines hands on development, architecture ownership, and strategic responsibility for critical backend and CRM infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You will drive the stability, scalability, and performance of the systems that power the company’s global operation.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of .NET developers working on core backend and CRM components
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Framework and .NET Core
Oversee Microsoft Dynamics CRM development including integrations with internal platforms
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high quality end to end solutions
Manage deployments and CI/CD processes in on premise environments
Establish best practices, architecture standards, and clean code guidelines
Troubleshoot performance issues and drive continuous technical improvements
Job requirements
5 years of experience leading development teams, experience managing offshore teams is an advantage
7 years of hands on development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, multithreading, networking technologies such as WCF, WebSocket, Multicast or gRPC
Experience with databases or messaging systems such as MSSQL, Redis, Kafka, Mongo or Postgres
Strong architectural capabilities including SOLID, design patterns and clean code principles
Excellent problem solving skills and strong communication abilities
High level of English, spoken and written
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS
Experience developing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM including plugins, workflows or APIs
Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes in hybrid setups
Knowledge of microservices or event driven architectures
Background in fintech or capital markets
