In this role, you'll take ownership of all digital activities, from crafting innovative marketing strategies to leading cross-platform campaigns and driving data-powered growth. What You’ll Do: 🔹 Strategic Mindset – Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy that enhances the customer journey, builds strong funnels, and optimizes all digital touchpoints (SEO, PPC, social, LinkedIn, content, automation, and more). 🔹 Results-Driven Execution – Manage digital budgets with precision, ensuring maximum ROI through effective resource allocation. 🔹 Data-Powered Growth – Oversee and lead multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), continuously analyzing performance to optimize results. 🔹 Customer-Centric Innovation – Own and improve all digital assets, including website experience, landing pages, and CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates. 🔹 Proactive Problem Solving – Identify challenges, propose creative solutions, and implement best practices in digital marketing to stay ahead of industry trends. 🔹 Adaptable & Agile – Manage external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. 🔹 Cross-Functional Team Player – Work closely with internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

If you have a good understanding of IT systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and enjoy working with communications infrastructure and vendors, this is your opportunity! Responsibilities: IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely tech support, troubleshoot IT and communication issues, and ensure minimal downtime System Management: Install and configure systems, printers, and networks, ensuring all software tools function properly. Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee IT service agreements. Communication Infrastructure: Assist with communication room setups and optimize video conferencing systems. Asset Management & Procurement: Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and installation. Collaboration: Work with departments to meet tech needs and stay updated on industry trends. *Dynamic role across multiple coworking spaces.

Responsibilities: Community Relations Management: Be the vibrant spirit of the space and the primary contact point for experience members and guests, addressing their needs and requests. Maintenance and Operations: Ensure the smooth and proper operation of the space, including working with suppliers and managing purchase orders. Administration: Manage client onboarding, handle invoices. Internal Communication: Collaborate with the experience management team as well as operations, maintenance, and accounting teams. Fostering Community Life: Create a pleasant and nurturing environment, including organizing events and activities that strengthen and unite the community.
