התחום הרפואי בעמותת אחים לחיים פועל לשיפור איכות חייהם של חברי העמותה באמצעות חיבור למענה רפואי מקצועי ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, חדשני ומותאם אישית. אנו מחפשים רכז לתפקיד רוחבי, דינמי ובעל השפעה ישירה המשלב ניהול פרויקטים, חיבורים בין אנשים וחשיבה יזמית למציאת פתרונות רפואיים מתקדמים. התפקיד כולל: ריכוז ותכלול הפרויקט - תקציב, זמני ביצוע, תיאומי ביקורים וטיפולים ניהול קשרים עם רופאים - תחזוק קשרים קיימים ויצירת קשרים עם רופאים חדשים למידה והיכרות של התחום הרפואי הרלוונטי והתעדכנות שוטפת בחידושים ייזום ואיתור של פתרונות חדשניים תקשורת שוטפת מול גורמים רפואיים (פרטיים ומוסדיים) ושותפים שונים עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים שונים בארגון (תפעול, כספים וכו') ומחוצה לו

Location: Israel (Hybrid or in-office) Reports to: Israel-based Development Director and Senior Grant Writer/Partnerships Position Overview Brothers for Life is seeking a skilled and motivated Grant Writer to join our development team in Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Identifying and researching potential funding opportunities in alignment with the team, and maintaining and updating the pipeline with the Israel Development Director and team Drafting correspondence, proposals, and reports — in both Hebrew and English — often requiring the gathering of field data from soldier–program managers Supporting the team’s fundraising strategy, including coordination with soldier–fundraisers on the team and assisting with management of their portfolios Working Conditions Negotiable – Full-time or 70%+ Flexible working hours (requires ability to communicate with the Diaspora — occasional evening Zooms/calls) Based in Israel, with the ability to work onsite at one of our facilities at least twice a week — hybrid work flexibility
