Job description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and driven engineer to lead our tendering department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses a strong understanding of tender processes, customer requirements, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage medical equipment and product tenders, including requirement analysis, solution design, and coordination with technical and sales teams
Prepare high-quality, competitive proposals that meet tender specifications
Conduct market and product research and present findings to management
Implement structured follow-up strategies to ensure tender progress and success
Manage multiple deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Analyze client needs and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends
Perform additional duties as required by management
Job requirements
2 years of relevant experience ( preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Arabic (written and verbal)
Strong team player with a proactive mindset and high level of professionalism
