We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing tech startup in Tel Aviv, a Backend Engineer passionate about AI-first development. The team is building an AI Data Layer that transforms unstructured data into clean, structured formats for AI and BI applications. What You’ll Do: Design and implement scalable backend services and data pipelines Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy and optimize models in production Work with unstructured data and transform it into structured, actionable formats Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the AI Data Layer

4+ years of backend/data engineering experience, strong Python skills Experience with AI/ML pipelines and production deployment Passion for AI first development and working with cutting edge ML technologies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex engineering challenges Advantages: Experience with LLMs in production Deep understanding of latest AI/ML developments and infrastructure Innovative mindset and excitement for a fast growing startup environment
