Job Description As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling cloud-native backend services. You will develop secure, high-performance systems, own core backend services, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for managing non-human identities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services with a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability. Build and maintain secure API integrations with third-party platforms for data collection and sharing. Own the architecture and lifecycle of Non-Human Identity (NHI) agent services, ensuring scalability, networking efficiency, secure communication, and optimized data storage. Develop monitoring, automation, and observability solutions to maximize system stability and performance. Design and implement large-scale data processing pipelines using technologies such as Spark and Snowflake. Lead projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to design and deliver impactful platform capabilities. Maintain a customer-first mindset by building solutions that address real user needs and provide an exceptional experience.

Algorithm Engineer Our R&D team is growing, and we're looking for an Algorithm Engineer to join us in the defense and security sector. This is a role for someone who wants to work on real, mission-critical systems and take an algorithm all the way from a mathematical idea to a working, deployed solution. You'll be dealing with signal processing, inertial navigation, sensor fusion, optimization, estimation, and increasingly, AI and Machine Learning. You'll own your component end to end: understanding what the system actually needs, developing and implementing the algorithm, and proving it works through proper verification and validation. What you'll be doing Developing algorithms from the initial idea through to full implementation. Working through tough mathematical and statistical problems. Writing real code, not just prototypes, and integrating it into existing systems. Working closely with software, systems, and research teams along the way. You'll also spend time improving and optimizing things that already exist, and bringing in AI/ML where it makes sense. Location and logistics Flexible location: Lashem, Jerusalem, or Hadera. After an initial training period of a few months, hybrid work is available up to two days a week. Our process We start with a resume review, then a phone call with the department head, followed by a technical evaluation with one of the teams, and finally an on-site interview.
