A leading global tech company in RetailTech is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join their Ops Tech team. What you’ll do: • Design & build automated deployment frameworks at scale • Manage Kubernetes clusters for multiple environments & microservices • Lead remote deployments using Octopus Deploy • Deploy, monitor & optimize services (focus: resilience, observability, recovery) • Troubleshoot complex issues across CI/CD, environments & infrastructure • Develop tools & documentation to streamline operations • Collaborate with System Engineering & SRE for smooth end-to-end delivery

At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. Proven track record working in large-scale, production-grade environments. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and microservices orchestration. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Solid experience with Linux-based environments. Practical experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a strong automation-first mindset. Nice to have Experience with Octopus Deploy for remote software deployments. Exposure to cloud environments GCP. Understanding of Kubernetes networking, service meshes, and ingress controllers. Passion for enabling and mentoring others through documentation and tooling. Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and change in complex, fast-paced environments.
