Job description
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing Retention team. You’ll manage email and SMS campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, from content to reporting. If you love managing tasks, timelines, and bringing campaigns to life, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
• Campaign Execution: Manage daily email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content writers, designers, and freelancers to align on creative briefs and workflows.
• Main Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for tasks and projects assigned by the Retention Manager and VP.
• QA & Accuracy: Review campaigns before launch to ensure quality and accuracy in content, links, and design.
• Data & Reporting: Pull performance data, track KPIs, and provide insights to the team.
• Automation Support: Help monitor and optimize automated flows.
• Organization: Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and documentation for team alignment.
Job requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in D2C or eCommerce.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo is a big plus) and tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Asana.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable pulling data and basic performance reports.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (or excited to learn).
