Position Overview: As the Senior R&D Team Lead, you will lead a talented research and development team, taking direct responsibility for the evolution of a core non-invasive sensing technology. This is a high-impact, multi-disciplinary role overseeing the design, development, and testing of an advanced sensing device. The position blends strategic team management with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring rigorous evaluation and testing of both individual components and complete systems using advanced lab equipment. In this position, you will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the company’s leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. • End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the complete design, development, and testing lifecycle of our multi-disciplinary non-invasive sensing device. • Advanced Lab Testing: Lead R&D efforts in the Israel lab and work with the lab in London and execute hands-on testing, verification, and characterization of the device and its high-frequency RF components using advanced lab equipment (e.g VNA). • Technical Integration: Ensure seamless hardware-software (HW/SW) integration, managing the intersections of RF systems, advanced signal processing, and embedded systems. • Project Execution: Own project timelines, resource allocation, and technical deliverables, ensuring complex projects are delivered on schedule. • ⁠Strategic Collaboration: Act as a counterpart and expert to manage and support the company’s collaboration with leading scientists. • Holistic Approach: Report directly to the company’s leadership, providing technical insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations for the product roadmap.

* Design schematics and layout mixed-signal electronic boards, covering analog, digital, and power circuit domains. * Define hardware architecture and generate detailed technical specifications. * Execute board bring-up procedures, functional verification, and signal integrity debugging. * Lead and execute laboratory testing of electronic systems and products using VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator and other advanced measurement equipment. * Perform root cause analysis on hardware failures to enhance system reliability and robustness. * Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including V&V (Verification and Validation) protocols and technical reports. * Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, development, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

This is a hands-on role for a senior quality professional who will drive quality and compliance execution across daily operations, from QMS maintenance and CAPA to cleanroom activities, audits, and design-change quality review. The Senior Legal Counsel & Head of HR will serve as the leading professional authority on all legal matters, while also leading the people agenda of the company. The role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the CEO on all HR matters. The Corporate Excellence Business Partner will report into this role. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements — including international distribution agreements, supplier and customer contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships. Providing ongoing legal support to sales and commercial teams in transactions with institutional customers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. Corporate Governance: Managing the company's corporate affairs — board and shareholder meetings, minutes, resolutions, Registrar of Companies filings, holding structure, and articles of association. Ensuring compliance with corporate law and securities regulations (as applicable), including periodic reporting obligations. M&A and Capital Raises: End-to-end legal support of capital raises (equity and debt), investment rounds, and M&A transactions — including due diligence, drafting of Term Sheets, SPAs, and coordination with external advisors in Israel and abroad. Human Resources Leadership: Leading the HR function of the company, with direct managerial responsibility over the HR & Welfare Manager. Setting and executing the people strategy — talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits frameworks, employee engagement and welfare programs, and company culture. Overseeing employment law matters, employment agreements (including executive contracts and equity grants), terminations, and labor relations. Partnering with senior management on organizational design and workforce planning. Risk Management & Litigation: Identifying and managing legal risks, handling disputes and litigation (including employment-related), working with external counsel in Israel and abroad, and managing the legal budget.
