Job description
Promoting various matters handled by the Members Section, including:
• Drafting briefing documents for the Board of Directors.
• Writing and updating bylaws and official guidelines.
• Managing the admission process for new TASE members.
• Monitoring compliance of members with TASE eligibility requirements.
• Handling changes in ownership and key personnel within TASE members.
• Editing and updating the TASE Members Guide (Hebrew & English).
• Maintaining relevant content on the TASE website.
• Providing support with various departmental tasks as needed.
Job requirements
• Academic degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Solid understanding of capital markets regulation – familiarity with TASE rules is a strong advantage.
• Experience in drafting regulatory guidelines – an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• High proficiency in English – mandatory.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to learn independently.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between critical and minor issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
