We’re looking for an Embedded System Integration Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team working on an advanced energy management platform that connects inverters, optimizers, cloud services, and third-party devices into one intelligent ecosystem. In this position, you’ll serve as the key technical bridge between electrical engineering, system requirements, and embedded software development. You’ll define how different components interact, ensure overall system consistency, and help implement safe and reliable solutions. Coordinate and align technical requirements across Product, Hardware, OEM, and Software teams. Act as the focal point for integration of all embedded software and firmware components. Define and document integration strategies, interfaces, and data flows between system elements (inverter, cloud, app, and 3rd-party hardware). Translate product requirements into actionable technical inputs for the development team. Analyze device behavior and provide practical implementation guidance. Ensure safety, electrical integrity, and architectural consistency. Support design reviews, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration challenges. Define and validate communication protocols, APIs, and interface standards.

BSc in Electrical Engineering 3 years of experience in system-level integration, electrical design, or similar multidisciplinary roles. Proven ability to translate PRDs into detailed system and technical definitions. Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and energy conversion. Ability to read and interpret C++ code and understand design implications. Experience with communication protocols: UART, CAN, Modbus, MQTT, TCP/IP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Advantages: Experience in solar energy, inverters, or energy management systems. Familiarity with embedded Linux environments. Hands-on experience with test equipment or lab validation of power systems. Experience defining or reviewing system interfaces and communication protocols.
