We are recruiting on behalf of our client a Full Stack Lead to join their R&D team and take a central role in shaping and scaling a fast-growing platform. This role combines strong technical leadership with a growth-driven mindset. You’ll not only drive development but also play a key role in implementing strategies that directly impact revenue growth. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a squad of developers, managing tasks and providing technical guidance. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and execute strategic changes that drive growth. Design and implement scalable features across the stack. Take ownership of code quality through reviews, technical planning, and roadmap execution.

5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade services and applications. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web Fullstack development using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue 3, JavaScript, and Python. Proven experience as a strong Full Stack Developer or Squad Lead ready to step into a management role. Experience mentoring developers and leading projects or features end-to-end. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Energetic team player, self-motivated, and proactive. Experience deploying serverless services and working with CI/CD pipelines (Terraform is a plus).
