Hardware Engineer

Job description
* Design schematics and layout mixed-signal electronic boards, covering analog, digital, and power circuit domains.
* Define hardware architecture and generate detailed technical specifications.
* Execute board bring-up procedures, functional verification, and signal integrity debugging.
* Lead and execute laboratory testing of electronic systems and products using VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator and other advanced measurement equipment.
* Perform root cause analysis on hardware failures to enhance system reliability and robustness.
* Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including V&V (Verification and Validation) protocols and technical reports.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, development, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Job requirements
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
* 2–3 years of practical experience in board-level hardware design, product development, testing, validation, or system integration.
* Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent ECAD tools (e.g., OrCAD, Allegro, PADS).
* Strong technical background in mixed-signal environments (Analog/Digital) and power management systems.
* Hands-on lab skills and extensive experience with VNA and similar RF/electronic test equipment.
* Hands-on soldering skills for lab debugging and board modifications.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
