FAB Operation/Maintenance Engineer about the job Cleanroom / Equipment technical maintenance and processing Description of responsibilities / main tasks: For our operational FAB site in Binyamina we have an open position for a clean room & equipment operations & maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for the operations, infrastructure maintenance, qualification, testing equipment, tools maintenance and processing. Quantum FAB & Process Engineer Description of responsibilities / main tasks: We are looking for an experienced Microfabrication Engineer focused on the development of our active micronanoelectronics devices. Your main focus will be the design, fabrication and testing of active photonic and transistor devices and other structures integrated into novel implanted quantum devices. This is a hands-on position where you will need to layout devices and realize their fabrication, either directly or together with partners. Role responsibilities: • Active in full-chain process fabrication development of photonic and transistor devices in clean-rooms. • Expertise in one or more of the following FAB systems & processes: advanced e-beam lithography techniques (nanometer resolutions) , reactive ion etching, ICP-RIE etching, metallization (sputter/e-beam), Direct laser and/or mask alignment photolithography, PECVD, wet etching etc… • Integration of components with existing and novel devices. • In-sourcing and out-sourcing development as needed. • Design, simulation and characterization of active photonic & transistor devices. Key qualifications: • 4+ years designing and fabricating devices in clean rooms. • Clean room characterization techniques (Profilometry, AFM , SEM , XRD, Raman, Probe Station I-V/C-V, Ellipsometry, XPS, STM etc..) • Strong Device Physics knowledge – an advantage - Transistor , Diode, Photonic Crystal devices design/modelling experience (ie.
