אנו מחפשים מנהל.ת מחלקת שיווק, עם ניסיון רחב בתכנון והוצאה לפועל של אסטרטגיות שיווקיות דיגיטליות ופרסום. מנהל.ת מחלקת השיווק יהיה אחראי להובלת צוות השיווק, ניהול קמפיינים דיגיטליים, בניית תוכניות שיווקיות מותאמות וניתוח ביצועים. תחומי אחריות: o פיתוח והוצאה לפועל של אסטרטגיות שיווקיות במטרה לקדם את החברה ולהשיג את היעדים האסטרטגיים. o ניהול צוות השיווק, כולל מתן הדרכה, פיקוח על תפקוד ושיפור מתמיד של ביצועי הצוות. o ניתוח נתונים וביצועי קמפיינים, התאמת האסטרטגיה בהתאם לתוצאות ולקבלת החלטות מושכלות. o ממשק עבודה הדוק עם מחלקת המכירות, כדי להבטיח מסרים אחידים ומדויקים. o ניהול תקציבים, הפקת דוחות ביצועים והגדרת מדדים להצלחה. o ייזום שיתופי פעולה אסטרטגיים ובניית מוניטין חיובי למותג הן בארץ והן בשוק הבינלאומי.

Responsibilities:  Manage the strategy and setup of all Google Ads campaigns.  Be an active part of the marketing department, generating leads and sales using Google Ads.  Plan landing pages and lead forms to ensure a well-structured funnel, coherent with ad creatives and audiences.  Test variations of ads, audiences and campaign types to determine best performing ones.  Be responsible for continuous monitoring of results and optimization.  Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels.  Measure and optimize advertising results using dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.  Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and company standards.
