A successful and growing technology company is seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer to join its R&D team in a hands-on technical role focused on advanced analog and mixed-signal solutions. This is a non-managerial position for an engineer who enjoys deep technical work and end-to-end ownership — from circuit architecture and design through simulation, validation, silicon, and production. 📍 Center | Hybrid work model What you’ll be doing: * Design and develop complex analog and mixed-signal circuits, including amplifiers, voltage references, comparators, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, and similar circuits * Contribute to circuit and system architecture and translate requirements and specifications into robust designs * Conduct extensive simulations and analyses, including corner, Monte Carlo, reliability, and other sign-off activities, using industry-standard design and simulation tools * Identify, analyze, and mitigate design risks throughout the development process * Collaborate closely with digital, system, and other cross-functional engineering teams on integration, design debug, and optimization * Drive designs from concept through silicon and production, supporting bring-up and post-silicon analysis * Investigate complex technical issues and drive them through to resolution * Document designs, assumptions, simulation results, and technical decisions

A well-established and growing technology company is looking for a Test Engineering Manager to lead its test engineering team and take ownership of IC test activities across the product lifecycle. This is a hands-on management role for someone who combines strong semiconductor test expertise with technical leadership and people management. The position involves working across IC test development, wafer testing, silicon characterization and production readiness, together with R&D, engineering and manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop a team of Test Engineers, providing technical guidance and people management. * Take ownership of test activities from early silicon evaluation through production readiness. * Drive the development and improvement of test solutions and methodologies. * Lead ATE-based test development, debugging and optimization. * Oversee wafer-level testing and related test activities. Analyze test results and silicon behavior, identify issues and drive them to resolution. * Improve test efficiency, scalability and readiness for production. * Work closely with design, R&D, product engineering and external manufacturing partners. * Establish and improve processes, tools and best practices within the test organization.
