Proven experience as R&D Manager / Engineering Manager / Director / VP Engineering leading complex engineering groups. Strong system-level thinking with the ability to design, evaluate, and scale large, cloud-native distributed systems. Deep knowledge in: AI/ML pipelines and production systems Data Engineering (high-scale ingestion, transformation, analytics) Cloud architectures Distributed compute & storage Strong hands-on technical capabilities and architectural decision-making. Experience building large-scale technical products end-to-end. Advantage: Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lake Formation.
