CTO / R&D Team Leader Description & Role responsibilities: A new deep-tech semiconductor company, with a well-funded budget and long-term customers, is looking for a talented CTO to lead the development and implement of the company technological strategy and deliverables, along with a small team of multidisciplinary engineers and researchers in the domain of novel semiconductor high power and high frequency transistors devices. Optical and Opto-Mechanical Engineer a full-stack quantum computing company developing state-of-the-art quantum computing systems based on trapped-ion technology, encompassing both hardware and software. Our platforms integrate precision laser delivery, ultra-stable opto-mechanical assemblies, ion-trap hardware, and quantum-grade vacuum systems. We are expanding our electro-optics team and seek an engineer with strong optical and opto-mechanical design capabilities to help build high-performance beam delivery and optical subsystems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing free-space optical setups with a major focus on robust, stable, and tightly engineered opto-mechanical solutions. You will translate optical requirements into mechanical designs that minimize drift, ensure long-term alignment stability, and integrate seamlessly into compact quantum system architectures. Responsibilities Lead the opto-mechanical design of optical modules, including mounts, sub-assemblies, mechanical interfaces, compact beam-delivery modules, and vacuum-compatible components. Develop stable free-space optical layouts (beam shaping, splitting, polarization management, mode-matching, fiber coupling). Process Engineer Description of responsibilities / main tasks: A new deep-tech semiconductor company, with a well-funded budget and long-term customers, is looking for a fabrication process engineer from junior to senior to join a multidisciplinary experts engineers and researchers in the domain of novel semiconductor high power and high frequency transistors devices. We are looking for an experienced Microfabrication Engineer focused on the development of our active micro- nanoelectronics devices. Your main focus will be the design, fabrication and testing of active devices such as thin film transistors and other structures integrated into novel implanted electronic devices. This is a hands-on position where you will need to layout devices and own their fabrication, either directly or together with partners. Role responsibilities:  Full-chain process fabrication development in clean-rooms. (advanced lithography techniques, metallization, etching etc…)  Integration of components with existing and novel devices  In-sourcing and out-sourcing development as needed Key qualifications:  4+ years designing and fabricating devices in clean rooms.  Clean room fabrication & characterization techniques (Profilometry, AFM , SEM , XRD, Raman, Probe Station I-V/C-V, Ellipsometry, XPS, STM etc..)  Strong Device Physics - Transistor , Diode, Photonic Crystal devices design/modelling experience (ie. *Senior Device Engineer* A well-funded deep-tech semiconductor company with long-term customers is seeking a Senior Device Engineer to lead the design, modeling, and architecture of novel high-power and high-frequency transistor devices. The role combines deep understanding of device physics with hands‑on experience in simulation, device design, and analysis of fabricated structures. Key Responsibilities - Develop physical models and perform simulations to predict device behavior based on geometry, materials, and process constraints. - Design and optimize transistor structures (FET / TFT / MOSFET or similar) to meet performance and application requirements. - Define and execute electrical characterization of fabricated devices (DC, pulse, CV, breakdown). - Analyze measurement data, extract key parameters, and correlate results with simulations. - Work closely with fabrication, process, and test teams to refine device architecture and improve performance. - Provide technical leadership in device development and contribute to overall product architecture.
